Our BMS team were enlisted to complete a total Building Management System upgrade for this 40-storey skyscraper in Perth’s CBD. As a fully tenanted office building, this required close coordination with tenants and building management with more than 1400 VAV box controls, 40 AHUs and over 200 energy meters.
Mizco successfully customised and upgraded the BMS, enabling the building operators to access reliable analytics and better manage the environment – saving energy and significantly reducing operating costs.
